Fender Mustang Sunburst

1978

Beautiful 1978 Fender Mustang in Sunburst finish, featuring a typical late-1970s configuration with a maple neck and fingerboard.

It has developed a lovely natural patina with a few marks, but remains in very good condition for its age. The Sunburst still clearly reveals the grain of the wood.

The neck has been refretted and the guitar plays very well. Its short 24″ scale length is a big part of the Mustang’s charm, offering a supple feel, quick attack, and a playing experience quite different from a Stratocaster or Telecaster.

It comes with its period Fender case as well as its original owner’s manual.
