Squier JV ’62 Vintage Stratocaster
1983
Here is a model produced in Japan and dedicated to export. This Squier Japanese Vintage with serial number starting with JV is an excellent guitar. Possessing the same characteristics as the 65 dedicated to the Japanese market, it is the most sought-after series in Europe and the USA. It is equipped with American pickups which sound very good. They even pushed the detail to the point of using surgical rubbers instead of springs to adjust the height of the pickups like on the models from the 60s. The pots are Japanese. The guitar is balanced and ultra easy to play. Its condition is truly impeccable, whether it is the fretwork or the finish there is nothing to complain about. It’s excellent. In period semi-rigid case.
