Martin OM-35 custom shop

OM format guitar made by the expert hands of the Martin custom shop in 2018.

It is an Orchestra Model with a three pieces back, hence the name 35, which has the particularity of having the central piece in koa. It’s a very well balanced guitar. The koa brings a certain sustain to the instrument, in addition to being very pretty. The rest of the back and sides are rosewood. The top is Adirondack spruce, as indicated in the small custom shop booklet that comes with it. It is a wood that was found on Martins from the beginning of the twentieth century and whose use is today reserved for the most high-end guitars due to its low availability and its exceptional acoustic qualities. The instrument is sound and very playable. The neck is at the right angle of course. No repairs, it is almost new. We also have the original receipt and original hard case.
