Fender Nocaster custom shop

2007

Fender Custom Shop “Nocaster” Relic from 2007, a reproduction of the early-1950s Telecaster/Nocaster, finished in aged Blonde. This version features the iconic specifications of the earliest Telecasters: a blonde-finished body allowing the wood grain to show through, one-piece maple neck and fingerboard, black pickguard, vintage-style three-saddle brass bridge and vintage-style tuners.

A distinctive feature of this particular guitar is its neck humbucker, in the style of Micawber, Keith Richards’ famous modified Telecaster.

The Custom Shop Relic work is particularly convincing, with pronounced yet natural-looking finish wear, especially around the edges and on the top, together with appropriately aged hardware. The neck also displays the lightly ambered, worn-in appearance characteristic of these vintage-inspired reproductions.

The guitar comes with its case, chrome “ashtray” bridge cover and Fender Custom Shop Certificate of Authenticity.

Weight: 3.57 kg.
