Fender Jaguar Lake Placid Blue
1966
From 1957 General Motors and Cadillac offered this blue color on their automobiles. For a 5% surplus and by waiting a few weeks, it was also possible to order your favorite Fender in this color. The model here is in remarkable condition, with all its original parts. The original finish is in excellent condition. Note a slight wear where the right forearm rests, revealing the undercoat. All solders are intact. It has very little fading and it still shines well. The guitar is very playable and comfortable of course. The 66 necks are a real treat, the rosewood fingerboard is not worn out at all and has a very nice grain. All potentiometers and switches work as they should. Original tremolo arm. Original hard case in very good condition too. A rare instrument in exceptional condition.
