Mosrite Combo Green
1966
I searched extensively and couldn’t find any other examples of a green Mosrite Combo. It may not be the only one; not everything is on the internet or in books, but in any case, finding another one won’t be easy. It’s therefore a unique collector’s item, especially since it’s in very nice condition and entirely original. The neck is very straight. It still has its original metal nut. The vibrato works well, and the two pickups deliver a powerful sound, a bit like a P90. It’s an instrument with a distinct acoustic dimension, a bit like a Gretsch, but with its own personality due to its solid carved top. It’s very playable and has just been setup. Supplied in its original hardshell case.
