Marshall Reverb Tremolo 25W 2046

Rare vintage Marshall 2046 in excellent working condition. This 25W tube combo amp, equipped with its original 15″ speaker, is magical and does half the work, I think. It gives the sound a breadth and depth that few combos of this era can achieve. The clean tone is rich and warm, with a very musical, gradual breakup when you turn up the volume. No unusual noises; it’s a stable amp that has just been serviced and is ready to play. The power transformer has been replaced with a vintage Echolette of the same specifications. The output transformer is original. The tolex and grille are in fair condition with a few snags. The top control panel is in very good condition and still has the sticker from the Rennes-based seller in the 1970s who sold it new. The reverb and tremolo work perfectly. A rare combo with that vintage Marshall mojo.
