Gibson B45-12N

1968

Here is a model that I haven’t presented to you often. The B45-12 is a kind of 12-string J45 and this one has aged very well. The top is in excellent condition and it is not warped at the soundhole. The neck is straight and at the right angle. These old twelve-strings are very difficult to find in this condition. We often see them fractured everywhere or with unplayable actions. This is why I picked it up for you because finding one in this condition is almost impossible. It is perfectly playable all the way down, with a low and comfortable action. It sounds very good, it is full and warm. Note the condition of the logo on the pickguard, typical of this period and in perfect condition. A sign that certainly shows that great care was taken with this instrument. It comes with its period correct case.
