Fender Deluxe 5B3

1953

Here’s a really cool amp, Antoine Bourgougnon from Acouphonic went all over it and spent hours and hours on it to bring it back to its glory days.

It sounds insane. Those early deluxe have such a nice breakup. The sound is full and rich. It’s perfect.

Of course some capacitors were changed. Jack entries were changed too. Original trannies. The original Jensen speaker is in great condition by the way and needed no intervention. Original pots as you can see with a 1952 code. Original tube chart. A a high quality handmade leather handle was a installed. Ground wire added of course. This amp still runs in 110V as it has it’s original transformer so you will need a 110/220V converter if you’re in Europe.
