Epiphone Crestwood Custom

1967

Here is a pure player. This custom Crestwood has received some modifications, but no breaks and still has the original electronics and pickups.  The good thing if you’re a player is that this one is a not 5000 euros guitar. The tuners were changed and a mini switch was installed and then removed. The plastic knobs have been replaced. The neck profile is round and confortable. Probably one of the meatiest neck I’ve seen for a late 60s Gibson neck. Made in Kalamazoo by Gibson, these guitars are excellent instruments, with their mini-humbuckers. They offer a serious alternative to the SGs with which they share the same type of construction. Another important criterion in my eyes, this Crestwood Custom weighs only 3kg.

In modern rectangular hard case.
