Hofner 500/1

Very rare first version of this iconic model. This bass is light as a feather with only 1,860 kg (or 4,1 lbs). It sounds amazing, old school sound from the late 50, early 60s. It is all original with the exception of one pot and the 2 knobs ( original ones included) It is in very nice condition. With no breaks or repairs except a little  bit of glue injected close to a screw of the control plate to secure a hairline crack. Minor repair. The bass is a pure joy to play. Comes with a modern case.
