Selmer Automatic Truvoice 15″

early 60s

One of my favorite tool. Some of you—many of you—have had the chance to try it over the years it’s been lighting up the shop. I’ve taken it everywhere with me. No compromises when you’re chasing tone. This early ’60s Selmer has been carefully maintained over the years and was serviced again very recently. It’s an incredible piece of gear. Selmer delivers a depth, warmth, and character you simply don’t find elsewhere—but in this particular setup, there’s something truly unique. The original 15-inch speaker plays a big role, of course, but it’s really the whole package. It features the two channels you’d expect from this kind of model. The first is raw, with an insane output level and seriously impressive acoustic pressure. The second offers selectable filters and a tremolo that’s absolutely mesmerizing.

Sure, it has a few cosmetic imperfections—but once you plug in your favorite guitar, everything becomes clear.
