Lowden S22LH

1985

Finally, a left-handed instrument, it’s not that common! This acoustic is part of a small series made in Japan. The craftsmanship is absolutely impeccable, as is often the case with Japanese instruments, and the playability is top-notch. It’s in very good condition and very open, a sort of 70s D-18 with a little more projection and great clarity, perhaps a little more string separation too. That’s what it reminds me of, anyway. It’s very distinct and well-defined. It comes with its hardshell case.
