Superb 1971 Fender Stratocaster – 4-bolt neck – all original except for a very professional refret

The frets are in perfect condition, offering great playing comfort while preserving the integrity of the neck. Excellent work that results in a smooth, effortless feel.

Pickups and electronics are original and fully functional. It has that immediate Hendrix vibe — clear highs without harshness, full mids, and a warm, responsive low end. The guitar is lively and resonant, equally at home delivering funky or rocky rhythm parts as it is soaring through Hendrix-style leads. Dynamic, touch-sensitive, and full of life, with that natural compression only well-aged vintage Strats have.

As you can see, the guitar is in remarkable condition for its age, with only a few minor finish marks. It still carries the small badge from the Argenteuil shop where it was originally sold, and even comes with a copy of the original receipt.

The instrument is fully set up and ready to play — an absolute joy in hand.
