This particular example is in very good condition, although it has undergone a few player-oriented modifications over the years. The original tuners have been replaced with Sperzels, and two mini-switches were added to allow the pickups to be switched to single-coil mode. The switches are currently disconnected, but they can easily be wired back in if desired.<\/p>\n
The guitar is fitted with two original Tarback pickups, both of which sound excellent. The neck pickup measures 7.62 k\u03a9, while the bridge pickup reads 7.86 k\u03a9.<\/p>\n
The neck is nice and straight, and the original low-profile \u201cfretless wonder\u201d frets remain perfectly playable.<\/p>\n
