The frets are very good; they can't be very old, I think, and you'll have them for a while. The two pickups are obviously fabulous, very precise, and endowed with great clarity. I won't repeat the article on these legendary pickups. Many of these ES-175s have unfortunately been stripped of their PAFs, due to the pressure on the aftermarket. It's actually become quite difficult to find one with its original pickups.
